Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
